When is a Queen not a Queen?

Well, the obvious answer might be during the week, however I am not reffering to fellas who like to wear ladies clothes (although they are comfortable........apparently), neither am I refferring to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (more people might enjoy dressing up as her-well whatever takes your fancy).

To the point - I am refferring to the band Queen. Queen are without a doubt one of, if not the best band of the 20th Century. As you all know the absence of Freddie Mercury was a big blow to any Queen fan, but their presence still remained, through the tribute concert back in the early 90's with artists such as David Bowie, Elton John and George Micheal (the latter of which would have made a far better suited counterpart in the recent formation of Queen than the very talented Mr Paul Rodgers). However, even though I have not heard this newley reformed Queen, I cant help but notice the absence of John Deacon.

Mr Deacon is a vital component of Queen, and had he remained in the line up they might have been able to pass themselves off for what they once were. However, I find it difficult to understand how they can call themselves Queen when it is only half the band - Brian May and Rodger Taylor. Therefore Queen are not Queen - a deep upset to myself. I do however take comfort in the fact that Mr May and Mt Taylor are still as talented and entertaining as ever.
