Annoyed

Today has been a most irritating day. The day began with an argument, which are sometimes fun, but I wasnt in the mood. I also found that despite having them renewed Yesterday my library books had not been renewed and a fine of £4.80 was incurred.

This was eventually removed (despite grumbles) and I found that one of my essays was a bit on the not so good side.

The weather today takes the "Four Seasons in one day" cliche to its limits. The weather is cruel, it makes you think its sunny and then decides to throw random spouts of snow at you. To take the (better say micheal) one stage further it is now suny and snowing.

Anyway, despite my trivial rantings I intend now to cheer up and make the rest of the day productive. I shall do some work and then immerse myself in the fictional world of science fiction.

My Very First Blog

With the mounds of work yet to do this year, I feel the student concept of procrastination should begin to once again feature in my life. The dishes are done, as is the hoovering, and any other item I might have ordinarily turned to. So.... I felt the need to Blog.

Already I can see that this wonderful mode of escape and opportunity to rant away is going to be really worthwhile.

I can write about nearly whatever I want and pretend to myslef that people will be enlightend and interested by what I write. This on reflection sounds very much like being a student, and so perhaps my 'escape' is not too far away.

As you can now imagine, my following rants will be written with a hint of genuine thoughtfulness, but for the most part, a great deal of waffle, cynicism and sarcasm.

See you at the next opportunity I find to procrastinate.
