Field Work

It has been a while since I blogged...about a year in fact. However, what better way to start than my last entry about being a Star Trek Captain. You may also notice a paralell between this entry and my last one of 2005. In the same field I pictured the london eye made from hay, I have now pictured a rocket made from hay. Have a look and compare them both, Im sure you will agree they are fantastic!

The Farmer's Eye

Was driving back from llandudno on Sunday. Suddenly we passed a field with a replica of the London eye in the middle of it. It was completely made of Hay, and if you look more closely you can even see the cows!

Im stressed but not this stressed, well almost...

Don't panic Mr Mainwaring!!

Now that I have about 9 days to finish my dissertation I am actually starting to panic.

In that short space of time I still need to write a chapter of about 5000-7000 words, write my introduction and conclusion of about 2500 each and then go over everything and adjust and fine tune- God Help Me!

Make up your mind!

Many people tell me that I am an indecisive person. In many ways I would probably agree with them. However, I'm now where near as indecisive as the bloke/woman I saw on Jerry Springer this morning.

The topic was "Accept me as a woman-I want to marry your daughter"

Basically it had the usual rantings along with a Bloke who is in the process of becomming a woman. One thinks-ok, each to his or her own. But it gets a little rediculous when this person, having become a woman, then turns to be a lesbien. I find this utterly confusing, its like they really cant make up their mind.

Hurricane Katrina

Please spare a thought at this time for the thousands of people who have perished or may suffering at this time in New Orleans.

I pray that this is not all in vain, but that it makes people wake up to global warming issues.

I find it also a terrible thing that the rich can escape whilst the poor are left to suffer and die.

"The Kids Are'nt Alright"

Thank you The OffSpring for this insightful comment as it fits so true.

I am fed up with the little s**ts around here. They are rude, loud, vandalising little arseheads from hell! Argggghhhh

Aside from the fact that over the past few months they have demolished all but one piece of our trelace, they now persit to destroy the rest of the fecnce by playing dodgeball against it with a leather football. This of course is apart from them throwing paint pallets at the garage door and continually jumping over into the garden to retrieve their football or BB pallets from their BB guns. I also had to dispose of empty bottles of beer and vodka they so kindly left us as a present in the garden!!!

I wish they would all just go away, to say it politely

Now I feel like Victor Meldrew
